This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the function or performance of the product.

If we determine that your product has a covered defect, we may, at our discretion, repair the product, replace the product, provide a comparable replacement, issue store credit, or issue a refund.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect product performance
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or improper cleaning
  • Damage caused by commercial use
  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, cuts, burns, extreme heat, or unauthorized modifications
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Products without valid proof of purchase

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@thenakedkitchen.co with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Your current shipping address

We may request additional information to evaluate the claim.

Limitation

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by The Naked Kitchen for eligible products.
