One-Year Limited Warranty
The Naked Kitchen offers a one-year limited warranty on eligible products purchased directly from www.thenakedkitchen.co. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for one year from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the function or performance of the product.
If we determine that your product has a covered defect, we may, at our discretion, repair the product, replace the product, provide a comparable replacement, issue store credit, or issue a refund.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect product performance
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or improper cleaning
- Damage caused by commercial use
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, cuts, burns, extreme heat, or unauthorized modifications
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Products without valid proof of purchase
