Returns

You may request a return within 90 days of the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We require proof of purchase and photo proof showing the item's condition before a return can be authorized.

To request a return, please email support@thenakedkitchen.co with your order number, the item you would like to return, and photos showing the item and packaging.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back to us. Please do not send a return without authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an item damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@thenakedkitchen.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards, items marked final sale, and any products used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless required by law.
