  • Orders & Shipping How long does shipping take?

    Standard US orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then arrive within 3 to 7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Orders & Shipping Do you ship internationally?

    Right now we ship within the United States only. We may expand shipping availability in the future.

  • Orders & Shipping Can I track my order?

    Yes, every order includes a tracking link sent to your email once it ships. You can also view tracking from your account.

  • Returns & Refunds What is your return policy?

    We accept returns on unused items within 90 days of purchase, in their original condition and packaging. For standard returns, you cover the return shipping. If an item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we cover the return and send you a prepaid label at no cost.

  • Returns & Refunds How do I start a return?

    To start a return, email support@thenakedkitchen.co with your order number, the item you would like to return, and photos of the item and its packaging. Please wait for authorization before sending anything back. Once your return is received and approved, we issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for it to appear.

  • Products Are the storage containers airtight?

    Yes. Every Naked Kitchen container uses a silicone-sealed lid for an airtight, leak-resistant fit that keeps ingredients fresh.

  • Products Are they stackable?

    Yes, every set in the system is designed to nest or stack neatly, so they save space whether they're on the counter, in a cabinet, or in the fridge.

  • Materials & Safety What materials do you use?

    Premium clear glass, food-grade silicone, and stainless steel. No BPA, BPS, PTFE, or PFAS, see the materials section for a full breakdown.

  • Materials & Safety Are your products non-toxic?

    Yes. Every component that touches food is tested non-toxic and free of BPA, BPS, PTFE, and PFAS.

  • PopStack What is PopStack?

    PopStack is our silicone nesting system that collapses for storage, expands for cooking, and stacks neatly between meals, designed to prep, portion, stack, and reheat without extra steps.

  • PopStack Is PopStack safe for oven and microwave?

    Yes. PopStack is oven-safe to 425°F and fully microwave-safe. It's also dishwasher-safe on the top rack.
