Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or events outside of our control.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders over $100.

Free shipping eligibility is calculated after discounts and before taxes unless otherwise shown at checkout. Free shipping is not valid on prior purchases and cannot be applied retroactively.

Orders under $100 will be charged shipping at checkout based on the available shipping options.

At launch, we ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping availability may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and other locations depending on carrier and fulfillment availability.

Canada and international shipping are not currently available. We may expand shipping availability in the future.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Carrier scan timing may vary, and tracking updates may take additional time to appear after a package leaves our fulfillment center.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit timing is controlled by the carrier. If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us at support@thenakedkitchen.co and we will help investigate.
